FREE Summer Cinema: Out of this World!
UCSB Arts & Lectures presents the 2023 FREE Summer Cinema line-up: Out of This World, seven nights of space-inspired movies under the stars at the Santa Barbara County Courthouse Sunken Garden, Friday nights from July 7 through August 25. (No screening Friday, August 4 due to Fiesta)
“Santa Barbara summers are always special, but this one will be out of this world,” says A&L Miller McCune Executive Director Celesta M. Billeci. “Summer Cinema under the stars returns to the County Courthouse Sunken Garden with an intergalactic lineup that’s got something for everyone. From spine-tingling alien encounters to family-friendly otherworldly antics, this free summer tradition continues to take off. And we couldn’t do it without the steadfast support of our Premier Sponsor, Montecito Bank & Trust. We hope that the community is as excited as we are for this truly stellar line-up!”
“Montecito Bank & Trust is over the moon about returning as the Premier Sponsor of the UCSB Arts & Lectures Free Summer Film Series!” MB&T’s Chairman and CEO Janet Garufis says. “Enjoying the films under the stars allows viewers to fully embrace the Out of this World lineup and marvel at the unique opportunity these events bring to our local community each summer to connect with our peers in a memorable space!”
